NSL is currently recruiting for a fulltime Saleyard Manager in Feilding.

Key Responsibilities include:

Ensuring livestock sale days are adequately and effectively prepared and conducted  

Carry out day to day repairs and maintenance at the saleyards

Manage and maintain onsite effluent disposal to ensure compliance with consents  

Ensure all health and safety requirements obligations are met as necessary

Manage and support staff

About you:

This opportunity would suit someone who has managerial skills, considers themselves a confident, hands-on person, and has the ability to work autonomously.

Initial training for the job will be provided, so previous livestock yard management experience isn't necessary, however a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn is a must!

There is an element of administrative tasks required, so the applicant will be computer savvy. A phone and laptop will be provided for the role, and administration work can be done from home.
